SERVICE is a core aspect of GUM GERMANY operations.
Should there be a problem with machine or with ink firstly attemps are made to solve the problem by phone,
fax or e-mail in order to avoid too much product loss.
PERIODIC MAINTENANCE:
GUM GERMANY recommends for all machines an extensive service after 3,000 machine hours or at least
once a year.
